To simplify the entry process most companies designate one person to enter the initial input of client, job, and personnel information. Then as new jobs and clients come in, any user may be assigned this task.

To ensure secure data access 24/7, MoveitPro™ uses the latest high-quality cloud servers and backup systems, hosted in multiple redundant secure facilities served by OC-48 fiber pipes thousands of miles apart. This setup is designed to be both robust and highly scalable, accommodating increased usage without service degradation.

As a web-based moving company software, MoveitPro™ offers secure, anytime, anywhere access to business critical information. Using a simple Internet connection, select managers and associates may log in to the system and access up-to-the-second information, track sales data, and manage employees, saving your company time and money.

MoveitPro’s pricing is based on the size of your moving company, not necessarily per user like other moving software, and all of our features are included for each of our customers.

MoveitPro's fully automated email system can help you personalize your emails, customize your header, create a sales funnel, and gain higher quality customer reviews. Different triggers for all your emails ensures that each estimate request receives a response, estimate and invoices get sent out to customers and appointments are accepted. All with tracking capabilities.

Text your customers and your employees all within the MoveitPro CRM. Similar to emails, SMS can be set up to go out automatically based off triggers, allowing customers to communicate with you easier. You can also receive and send pictures, ensuring you don't miss a job opportunity over timing.

The servers for MoveitPro™ are backed up above and beyond any of our competitors. Our systems automatically backup all of your mission critical data every five minutes and retains a 90-day history. This means that in the event of a catastrophic loss, at a maximum you would lose less than the last five minutes of data. That said, to date we have not had any failure or loss of any kind. All data is sent to the cloud where it is spread across multiple database copies to ensure that business critical data is always secure. In addition, we regularly update and upgrade our security measures to prevent any unauthorized access, and encourage our customers to do the same.

MoveitPro™ prides itself on the level of support it provides. While we are in the office 9-6 Monday through Friday, our chat team and support team are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Allowing you to receive the help you need, whenever your business needs it!
